We want to help… At Sawnee EMC, our commitment to customers goes beyond just providing electricity. Our goal is to serve you, our member, in ways that set us apart from other energy providers and utilities. In order to achieve and maintain this goal, Sawnee has created a Small Commercial Energy Management Center (SCEMC). That’s right! A center designed specifically with you in mind. The Center was created to give our commercial members an avenue to explore when it comes to electricity in the work place. The SCEMC provides services and resources, from an economic and efficiency aspect, that are instrumental in the daily operations of your business. The SCEMC consists of a knowledgeable staff to assist you with your energy needs. And the best part is…we’re just a phone call or email away.

The SCEMC is available to conduct on-site evaluations to assist with such areas as billing, usage analysis, and managing your service. The on-site evaluation allows the Sawnee EMC representative to have personal interaction with the member at their business location. We would like to introduce our Small Commercial Energy Management Center by telling you about a few of the many personalized services we currently offer.

Energy Audit/Analysis:

A well-trained staff member will conduct an on-site analysis of your business to determine how we, collectively, can better manage your usage and cost. We will evaluate your heating and cooling system, lighting, and many other components that will enable us to make recommendations regarding lower energy usage while maintaining the level of comfort desired.

Consolidated/Flexible Billing:

If you have multiple accounts with Sawnee EMC, you may wish to participate in our consolidated billing program. Consolidated billing enables you to receive one bill a month that includes information on all of your accounts and allows the convenience of making one monthly payment. Sawnee also has the flexibility to schedule your billing date at a time that is convenient for you. If you prefer being billed at the first, middle, or end of the month – No Problem! Just let us know what is best for you.

Energy Management:
