(CUMMING, GA) – Sawnee Electric Membership Corporation (Sawnee EMC) announced today that Mr. Adrian Flack has been named as Cooperative Director, representing members in District #3 (Cumming).  Mr. Flack fills the vacancy left by Mr. Bill Barnett, who served as the Director of District #3 from 2020 until his recent passing on February 20th.

Mr. Flack has been a member of the Cooperative since 2001 and is the owner of Flackwell LLC.  He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and has previously served on Sawnee EMC’s Consumer Advisory Task Force (CATF) and most recently the Sawnee Electric Membership Foundation (Foundation) Board of Directors.
